PURPOSE:To make it possible to change over an engine to ordinary running traction control and constant speed running control successively for its control by providing the primary moving element driven according to the pressed quantity of an accel pedal and the secondary moving element slidably connected with the primary moving element. CONSTITUTION:One end 5a of the primary moving element 5 is connected to an accel wire. The peripheral surface of the one end 5a is engravedly formed with a male screw, which threadedly engages a female screw engravedly formed on the inner peripheral part of the secondary moving element 6. A locking device 11 is arranged on the peripheral surface of the secondary moving element 6, and lockingly holds the secondary moving element 6, and moreover causes a pressing plate 11a to fix the secondary moving element 6. A pressing spring 12 and a disconnecting plate 13 are connected between the pressing plate 11a and a fixed end 20, and the pressing spring 12 presses the pressing plate 11a on the secondary moving element 6 to fixedly couple the element 6 with the plate 11a.
