PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of dust pollution by a method wherein independent small chambers are formed in the central part of the inner side of a wheel, a tyre for regulating the length of a spike is contained therein, spikes, being capable of protruding from a vehicle tyre, are retractably situated, and a tyre forms an all-weather type. CONSTITUTION:A tyre 1 for regulating the length of a spike made of rubber is inserted through a cut part 8 of a projecting small chamber 5 into a wheel bottom metallic part 14. Air is injected so as to apply a specified pressure or less, and the spikes 11 buried in a tyre 12 is protruded toward a road surface. This constitution provides a spike function. When air is bled from the tyre 1 for regulating the length of the spike to reduce a pressure, the spikes 11 are retracted and a tyre forms an ordinary tyre. This constitution provides an all-weather type tyre, and enables prevention of the occurrence of dust pollution due to spikes.
