PURPOSE:To use the whole light of an observing optical image by arranging a reflection member to be displaced in relation to the shutter releasing operation of a still image photographing apparatus to switch a part or all of light quantity for a moving image to the photographing light of a still image in an adapter. CONSTITUTION:A TV camera 2 and a still camera 3 respectively fitted to a photographing adapter 1 respectively by fitting mounts 1b, 1c are fitted to an endoscope eyepiece part 6 by a fitting mount 1a. Since a total reflection mirror 7 is set up to a rise posture in a normal observation state, an observing optical image based upon the endoscope 5 is made incident from the eyepiece part 6 on the image formation face of a solid image pickup element 13 in the TV camera 2 through a photographing optical path O of the adapter 1. Thereby, the observation image of the endoscope 5 can be observed by a TV monitor driven by an output signal from the TV camera 2. Consequently, the whole light quantity of the observing light image is made incident upon the solid image pickup element 13 of the TV camera 2 and photographing light quantity is made sufficient.
