PURPOSE:To secure a clearance between a rotary cylinder and an inclined post by providing a fixing means for fixing the inclined post in parallel with a center shaft of a cylinder of the rotary cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Loading rings 11a and 11b are freely rotatively provided surrounding the rotary cylinder 2 to guide a magnetic tape 10 pulled out of a cassette 1 to wind around a peripheral surface of the rotary cylinder 2. The loading ring 11a is fitted with a shaft holder 14a for holding tape guide posts 12a and 12b and the inclined post 13a to be fixed in parallel with the rotary cylinder 2 on completion of tape loading. Similarly to this, the loading ring 11b is fitted with a shaft holder 14b for holding a tape guide post 12c and the inclined post 13b to be fixed in parallel with the rotary cylinder 2 on completion of tape loading. By this method, the gap is secured between those posts for winding the tape around the rotary cylinder 2 and the rotary cylinder 2.
