摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To contrive higher productivity and performance of a plate-fin-type heat- exchanging element, by bonding unit members each of which comprises string-shaped rib materials adhered to an adherend raw paper, to each other by high-frequency heating of a hot-melt adhesive comprising magnetic particulates. CONSTITUTION:A tape-shaped material twisted by a rotary holder 15 of a rib material- supplying device 4 is shaped into a string-shaped rib material 3 by a shaping nozzle 16, is coated with an adhesive 5 by an applicator 6, is guided by a plurality of guide grooves 1 of a guide roll 2, and is adhered to an adherend raw paper 7 paid out from a raw paper-supplying device 8, followed by completing the adhesion by a hot-air heater 9. Next, a hot-melt adhesive 10 comprising magnetic particulates is applied to top parts of the rib material 3 by an applicator 11, the raw paper 7 with the rib material 3 is cut to a predetermined length by a cutter 12, the resultant cut members are stacked in a predetermined number of layers by a stacker 13, and a high-frequency heater 14 is operated to cause induction heating of the magnetic particulates, whereby the components of the stacked assembly are bonded to each other at a stroke without producing any effects on the adhesive 5 having other bonding function. Thus, higher productivity and performance of a heat-exchanging element can be contrived.</p>
