PURPOSE:To continuously correct and exchange recording information by sending synthetic data stored based on the address information and the synchronizing information read by a recording head to a recording head. CONSTITUTION:A reproducing head 31 reads address information, synchronizing information and data information from a certain sector SECA on a disk 1. First signal processing circuits 201 and 202 record the data information to a semiconductor memory 301 by these pieces of information, a data processing circuit 302 synthesizes external information and data information and the synthesized synthetic data are stored into a memory area started from the same address information. Further, a recording head 11 reads the address information and synchronizing information from the sector SECA and a second signal processing circuit 204 reads the synthetic data from the semiconductor memory 301 by these pieces of information and sends them to a recording head 11. Thus, a part of the information is corrected and exchanged with other information and the re-recording can be executed.
