PURPOSE:To provide a simple construction by providing an operating member with a return pivotable member pivoted by flowing water on the upstream side of a inflow port of a self suction water flow path and a switch means on a casing and the operating member. CONSTITUTION:An operating member 9 with a return pivotable means 10 pivoted by flow is provided on the intake port 7 side of the upstream side of an inflow port 8 of a self-suction water flow path. Also, switch means 11, 11' are provided on a casing 6 and the operating member 9. While hot water flows, the operating member 9 is pivoted and the switch means 11, 11' generate the detecting signals of flow. Thus, a water flow detecting means can be provided on a position unaffected by flowing water in the self-suction water flow path to reduce an installation space.
