An image frame memory (12) stores original image data memory (13) for storing processing data, and memories (13,14) for storing lateral and vertical weighing data. Further provided are an adder (7) for processing data stored in the memories, a multiplier (6) for effecting the multiplication among the memories, and an accumulator (8) for temporarily storing the result of calcuation. Moments of zero-order primary and secondary image data are calculated by an arithmetic unit consisting of the memories and the adder. |
