PRODUCTION OF LARGE SCALE INTEGRATED CIRCUIT

摘要

PURPOSE:To simplify the production process, by dividing a circuit block, which is integrated in an exclusive LSI, into two and forming basic circuit elements in an exclusive circuit part and changing only partial masks and using them together with another common masks. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor substrate 10 is divided to two areas A' and B' in accordance with a basic circuit block A and an exclusive circuit block B, and both circuit blocks are formed in these areas. Circuit blocks formed in areas A' and B' are connected to each other by connecting means 11-13 to form the private circuit block. The exclusive circuit block B is connected to a microcomputer part A, thereby attaining an exclusive LSI.
