PURPOSE:To realize a touch key array adapted to the contents of a display picture frame by providing a correspondence table which stores a key data corresponding to the respective background scene of picture information to be displayed on a display unit and a key data table in which the key data of the respective display position of the display unit is written based on the background scene of a picture frame information on a terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:When the picture frame information is transmitted from a center, the terminal equipment reads the background color of it and refers to the correspondence table and writes in the key data corresponding to the coordinate point of the display position on the picture frame detected by a touch switch 2 in the key data table. When the specified position of the display unit 1 is pushed down by the touch switch 2, the key data corresponding to the pushed down position is read out from the key data table and said data is transmitted to the center as the inputted data. Namely, in the center, the background color of the picture frame information can be optionally set at every point and in the terminal equipment a key array pattern can be optionally set in order to write in the key data in the key data table correspondingly to said background color.
