PURPOSE:To prevent nonuniform wear on an electricity supply member by making a hollow cylindrical electricity supply member or a wire electrode curved relative to the running direction of the wire electrode so that the inner surface of the electricity supply member and the wire electrode come into contact with each other at multiple points. CONSTITUTION:Hollow cylindrical electricity supply members 10a, 10b are connected to each other via rotary joint 12 and constituted to be freely rotatable via an electricity supply device 3 and a bearing 13 and to be freely curved to form an obtuse-angled L shape by orbiting in the direction perpendicular to the running direction of a wire electrode 4. An adjustment screw 20 is arranged to be freely slidable on the periphery of the rotary joint 12 and to be able to curve the electricity supply members 10a, 10b and/or wire electrode 4. As a result, the frictional locations on the inner surfaces of the electricity supply members 10a, 10b caused by the sliding of the wire electrode 4 are not limited to one point but uniformly extended over the inner circumferential surfaces of the electricity supply members 10a, 10b.
