PURPOSE:To enable almost perfect suppression of variations in composition and a mixing ratio of mixed insulating oil and to realize processes of deaeration, dehydration, and dust removal, by composing a main oil cleaning system of a pressure filtering means and a high- performance vacuum oil cleaning means and providing a freezer type separating means to separate and recover a cleaned-oil low-boiling-point component liquid. CONSTITUTION:When a main oil cleaning system is composed of a pressure filter 23, a vacuum oil cleaner 24 to deair and dehydrate filtered synthetic insulating oil, and an oil feed pump 22 on an outlet side, evaporation less generated in hot oil processing and stabilizer loss due to an absorbent can be reduced. when freezer type separators 25, 26 as oil-water separating means are provided in an exhaustion system of the vacuum oil cleaning means 24, water is freezed and separated to recover a cleaned-oil low-boiling-point component liquid. When a return current pipe part 28 for the cleaned-oil low-boiling-point component liquid is provided between the freezer type separating means and the main oil cleaning system, the cleaned-oil high-boiling-point component liquid and the cleaned-oil low-melting-point component liquid are mixed on a discharge outlet side of the outlet side oil feed pump 22 to obtain cleaned-oil mixed insulating oil. Processes of deaeration, dehydration, and dust removal can be realized accordingly without generating variations in composition of the mixed insulating oil.
