One of the distance pieces (1) employed comprises two parts joined to one another by a hinge (5) of which the one, in addition to the insertion parts (2) has a right-angled intermediary part (4). The hinge (5) has such friction that it requires a force to turn the parts (2,4,6) of the suspension device which exceeds the wt. of the picture. - The insertion part (2) can comprise a sprung stop heel formation (3) to fix it in the inserted position. A further distance piece has a part, at right-angles to which is a support part with a number of spaced holes to work with a closure part fixed to the wall fixture part. |
