PURPOSE:To easily obtain a perovskite type oxide superconductor wire rod by printing a composition material containing the oxide superconductor powder on a heat-resistant substrate to form a pattern and baking this printed pattern together with the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A composition material 4 containing the oxide superconductor powder is printed to form a pattern on a lengthy substrate 6 with good heat resistance and good flexibility such as a ceramic paper, a mica tape, a metal tape with good heat resistance to obtain a perovskite type superconductor wire rod. It can be easily obtained only by baking this printed pattern together with the substrate. The lengthy superconductor wire rod can be easily obtained without requiring a large-scale facility. |
