<p>PURPOSE:To embody an optimum production line of good balance and enable efficient production by applying the constitution wherein each work stage is provided with a stopper control means for the preceding work stage and a stopper for the preceding work stage can be controlled in an after-work stage. CONSTITUTION:When a worker M3 operates control switches S31 and S32 for the preceding work stage stopper and releases the preceding work stage stoppers STP1 and STP2, pallets 1 and 2 as stopped at the preceding work stage are carried on a conveyor C to a machine for the worker M3. And stopper control switches S33 and S34 for the next work stage are operated and the pallets 1 and 2 are stopped with stoppers STP3 and STP4. Then, the pallets 1 and 2 are shifted on a transfer machine L2 to a work table T3, thereby enabling the execution of work. The pallets stagnating with stoppers for the preceding work stage due to a trouble and the like in that stage, therefore, can be transferred to the next work stage, and an optimum production line having a good line balance can be embodied, thereby ensuring efficient production.</p> |
