PURPOSE:To improve productivity, by facing two plastic materials to each other in a constant space, moving them at the same speed in the same direction, pressure-joining them at an optional point, heating and fusing the both boundaries just before joining and fusion-bonding continuously them. CONSTITUTION:A plurarity of punched out bodies 11 of foamed polyethylene blocks are placed on a belt-conveyer 2 and on the other hand, foamed polyethy lene plates 12 are placed on a sending plate 9. The beltconveyer 2, rolls 3 to 8 and a hot air blowing apparatus 10 are worked. The punched out bodies 11 and the foamed polyethylene plates 12 are both forwarded by means of the belt-conveyer 2 and the roll 3 and joined together just below the roll 4 by the pressure of the rolls. At this instance, hot air blown from a hot air blowing apparatus 10 heat-fuses the parts to be joined together of the foamed polyethylene plates 12 and the punched out bodies 11. Thereafter, joined plates 12 and punched out bodies 11 are fused and joined in a body by the pressure of rolls 5 to 8. The materials whose surfaces are softened and becomes sticky by heat are thereby adhered together continuously, homogeneously and in a high productivity. |
