PURPOSE:To suppress repeated occurrence of overloaded state, by operating a dust transporting valve in a full admission side for a set time when the overloaded state of threshing load is detected. CONSTITUTION:When an overloaded state is detected by an overload detecting means 100 once, a dust transporting valve 10 is operated in a full admission state for a set time even if elimination of overload is detected thereafter. A treated material to cause overload in a handling chamber is sufficiently discharged out of the handling chamber. Then the dust transporting valve 10 is restored to a closed side so that repeated occurrence of overload with restoration of the dust transporting valve can be suppressed.
