PURPOSE:To prevent a film having a figure from peeling, by setting a film or a sheet having a figure in a mold, preparing a short cylindrical container of a synthetic resin by means of injection molding, putting a mouth part reduced by a necking treatment in a mold having a final finishing shape and restoring it by heating. CONSTITUTION:A film or a sheet where a figure is set thereon by printing and the like is placed on the inner circumferential face of a mold and a short cylindrical container 1 is molded by means of injection molding. After aging treatment, when a necking treatment is done by using a mold, a mouth part 11 is molded into a reduced shape being smaller than the body. Then, the mouth part 11 is inserted in a mold whose inner shape has a thread coinciding with a final finishing shape and the mouth part 11 and its surroundings are heated at a temp. being close to and below the softening temp. When this heating state is kept for a definite time, the mouth part is expanded to its outer circum ference and the outer circumference of the mouth part 11 coincides with the inner shape of the mold. It is thereby possible to prevent the film having a figure from peeling off the base. |
