PURPOSE:To form a speech path between a radio equipment and a terminal equipment by driving a switching means based on an on-hook (a) signal from an automobile telephone set, an incoming signal from a radio equipment or an off-hook signal from a terminal equipment by means of a control means. CONSTITUTION:A control means 22 drives a switching means based on various control signals such as an incoming signal from a radio equipment 1, an on-hook signal from an automobile telephone set 2 or an on-hook signal from a terminal equipment. Thus, the radio equipment is connected to a calling circuit 15 and a channel is formed between the radio equipment 1 and the terminal equipment. Moreover, the control signal such as the incoming signal given from the radio equipment 1 to the terminal equipment or the control signal such as an off-hook signal or selection signal given from the terminal equipment to the radio equipment 1 is converted respectively into a control signal suited to an opposite party by a signal conversion means and transmitted to the opposite side as an effective control signal. |
