PURPOSE:To miniaturize an actuator part by sharing a part of the structure (magnetic circuit) of a focusing actuator and a carriage actuator. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with a focusing coil 13A fixed to a coil supporting member 6 connected to an objective lens 8, carriage coils 16A, 16B fixed to the movable part 1 of an optical pickup and the magnetic circuit 12A having one side face opposed to the focusing coil 13A and the other side face opposed to the carriage coil 16 and disposed in the movable part 1 of an optical pickup. At the time of flowing a current to the focusing coil and the carriage coil, the objective lens 8 is moved to a focusing direction or the moving direction of the optical pickup. Thereby, the entirety of the device can be miniaturized.
