PURPOSE:To suppress jumping phenomenon, by widely changing a vertical position variation-insensitive range while a lift arm is stopped at a set position where a set value of a position setter is in agreement with a detected angle value of an arm sensor. CONSTITUTION:When a lift arm 2 is stopped at a set position (a) where a set value of a position setter 3 is in agreement with a detected angle value of an arm sensor 4 to hold a working machine 1, a vertical position variation- insensitive range (b) for the set position (a) is widely changed. Thereby the period from detection of the detected values of the arm sensor 4 by a control part of a position controller 5 to elevation of the lift arm 2 can be prolonged.
