PURPOSE:To enable the positional adjustment of a movable body with extremely high precision by adjusting the position of the movable body in an aslant direction via the adjustment of the position of an adjustment member to be shifted in a direction orthogonal with the inclination direction. CONSTITUTION:When a stepping motor 49 turns, a slide plate is shifted and the position thereof in a back-and-forth direction changes for the support base 15 of a slide block 12 at a point opposing the contact pin 38 of the adjustment surface 45a of an adjuster 45. Namely, the height of a position opposite to the contact pin 38 of the adjustment surface 45a gives a change. When a hydraulic cylinder 26 is actuated in this condition and an adjusted block 31 is made to advance, this block 31 stops moving at the position where the contact pin 38 comes in contact with the adjustment surface 45a of the adjuster 45, thereby determining the position of the adjusted block 31 in an inclination direction. The adjustment amount of the adjustment direction for the block 31 appears as the sine function rate of an inclination angle for a direction orthogonal with the adjustment direction, thereby giving an extremely small adjustment rate. |
