PURPOSE:To prevent the deposition of a spatter by forming the thermal spray film by Ni/Cr alloy powder and Al2O3/SiN alloy powder and further Al2O3/SiN alloy powder on the thermal spray film formed with the thermal spray of Ni, Cr, powders. CONSTITUTION:A 1st thermal spray film 20 is formed with the thermal spray of the powders of Ni and Cr, a 2nd thermal spray film 22 of Ni/Cr alloy powders and Al2O3/SiN alloy powders and a 3rd thermal spray film 24 of Al2 O3/SiN alloy powder respectively. With the film of this composition, the adhesion of a welding spatter scattering at welding time can be prevented. |
