PURPOSE:To improve the immunity from a soft error due to alpha-ray by decreasing the source follower current with a 1st transistor (TR) turned off more than the source follower current with the 1st TR turned on. CONSTITUTION:A source follower current control circuit controlling a current flowing to a source follower TR Q4 is provided. The said source follower current control circuit consists of a TR Q5, a TR Q6 and a resistor RSP. The source follower current control means applies the control such that the source follower current with the 1st TR Q1 turned off is decreased more than the source follower current with the 1st TR Q1 turned on. Thus, the problem of the soft error due to alpha-rays, etc., is eliminated without increasing power consumption and delay time. |
