PURPOSE:To obtain the titled construction easily buildable at and movable to arbitrary place and necessitating little water, by constructing a nearly closed bag with a floor element and a roof element produced by reinforcing the outer surface of a membrane member with a reinforcing member, putting mixed soil into the bag and attaching a ventilation fan. CONSTITUTION:A floor element f and roof element R each constructed of a membrane material 2 and a reinforcing material 3 are combined with each other to form a nearly closed construction 1 by laminating the membrane materials 2 and binding the reinforcing materials 3 near the rising part 202. A mixed soil S for plant culture is placed on the floor element and a ventilation fan 4 for blow-up is attached to the rising part 202.
