PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device having a simple structure, capable of driving a transplanter body by a crank mechanism, regulating the movement thereof by a rocking arm and forcibly performing given movement by the base end side of the rocking arm without considerably dragging seedlings in soil. CONSTITUTION:The longitudinal intermediate point of a transplanter body (13a) is pivoted on a crank pin of a crank mechanism 14 and a cam for operating a pushing out pawl 13 is mounted on the crank pin. The transplanter body (13a) is attached to the machine body side through a forced variation mechanism 16 for forcibly rocking or rotating the base end side of a rocking arm 15. The transplanter 13 is eccentrically rotated and driven at the longitudinal intermediate point thereof by the crank 14 and the back is rocked by the rocking arm 15. Thereby the transplanting pawl (13b) describes an 8-shaped loci (P) by rotation of the base of the rocking arm 15.
