PURPOSE:To obtain a means simply imparting non-skid properties, by providing a fluorinated surface. CONSTITUTION:This resin sheet is obtained by fluorinating a synthetic resin sheet composed of a thermoplastic resin such as a polyolefinic resin represented by polyethylene and polypropylene, a polyvinyl chloride resin, a polyamide resin, an ionomer resin, polybutadiene or a polystyrene resin or a modified resin thereof or a copolymer. As the method for fluorinating the synthetic resin sheet, a simultaneous fluorinating method for fluorinating the resin sheet simultaneously with the molding of said resin sheet is designated. In this method, a molten resin is extruded from an annular die to form a film and gas is blown in the film to expand and cool said film and the upper part of the film is drawn to form a sheet. The gas to be blown in is prepared by containing 0.1-20vol.% of fluorine gas in inert gas. This sheet is used in the formation of a bag in such a state that the fluorinated surface thereof is turned to the outside or can be used by providing an adhesive layer to the back surface of the sheet to adhere the same to the surface of a necessary place.
