PURPOSE:To reduce the possibility of loss of information with high importance and to relive the load of the host by providing an output queue section and a spool management table in a spool buffer memory so as to provide a print spool cancel function to a terminal equipment side. CONSTITUTION:The output queue section 112 recording the output sequence of written reception information and the spool management table 113 to write a content as to the reception information are provided in a spool buffer memory 11 to provide the print spool cancel function to a terminal equipment side. Thus, when the sent information is received by the terminal equipment, since the function of the host side is finished, the load of the host is relieved. Moreover, the terminal equipment checks the content of the received information written in the spool buffer memory 11 to cancel the information with less importance. Thus, the possibility of cancelling information with high importance is reduced.
