PURPOSE:To efficiently mount at least two or more packages in the space of one package by setting superposed two packages for both present use and spare use by connecting specific terminals to a terminal. CONSTITUTION:In order to compensate the high reliability of a package for an LSI for forming a predetermined function block, when a present use package 10a and a spare package 10b are mounted on the same device of a limited space, male and female pins C, C' are provided on the same axis to be superposed and mounted on the packages 10a, 10b. When the packages 10a, 10b are used for present uses, present use pin terminals on the own packages 10a, 10b are connected to an enable terminal. When they are used for spare use, spare pin terminals on the packages 10a, 10b are connected to the enable terminal thereby efficient mounting in a predetermined space is realized.
