PURPOSE:To insert and fix a thin late like optical components on a mounting face with one touch without a deformation by forming a leaf spring assembly in which the thin plate like optical components is previously inserted to the leaf spring and directly inserting the spring into a case. CONSTITUTION:The mounting face is provided on the case, the thin plate form optical parts 8 is pinched by the leaf spring 20 to have the leaf spring assembly 100, the leaf spring assembly is inserted into the case, the thin plate like optical components 8 is brought into contact with the mounting surface and under the inserting state, the operating force of the leaf spring 20 for pressing the thin plate like optical component 8 to the mounting face is operated in an area surface brought into contact with the mounting face of the thin plate like optical components 8. Thereby, at the time of mounting and fixing the thin plate like optical components 8 on the case, it is not required to hold the thin plate like optical components so as not to be collapsed and the deformation of the thin plate like optical components due to the operating force can be suppressed to a minimum.
