PURPOSE:To cause some supporting columns to be cooled, prevent a person from suffering fire burn even if touching the columns and facilitate a removal of a heater unit by a method wherein a substantial central part of a top plate is supported by a hollow supporting column having a blowing port at its upper part and a suction port at its lower part, a fan is arranged within the supporting column and a heating element is arranged outside the blowing port. CONSTITUTION:A device is fixed to a substantial central part of a lower surface of a top plate 1 by a bolt 3 through a reflection plate 10 of a heater unit 5. A supporting column 2 is a cylindrical form and has a vacant part within it, an air blowing port 19 is arranged at an upper part of a side wall and a sucking port 20 is arranged at a lower part. A substantial central part of the reflection plate 10 is provided with a motor fixing unit 12 and a motor 13 is mounted on the motor mounting unit. A fan 14 is arranged between the reflection plate 10 and the motor 13 and two heating elements 17 of rod-like shape are arranged outside the fan below the reflection plate 10. A protection net 8 is arranged below the reflection plate 10, an opening part 9 into which the supporting column 2 is inserted is arranged at a substantial central part of it. When the supporting column 2 is inserted into the opening 9, the fan 14 and the motor 13 are positioned within the supporting column 2.
