PURPOSE:To forcedly drive a rolling roll and to efficiently form a small diameter wire rod like forming in drawing work by connecting the shaft of the rolling roll with a driving shaft as to a roller die. CONSTITUTION:A pressing screw 2 is threadedly engaged in the top face center of a rectangular frame 1 whose one side is opened; rolling rollers 3, 3a are orthogonally installed to the screw 2 under the frame 1; shafts 4, 4a of the rollers 3, 3a are put between an upper bearing 5 abutting on the bottom end of the screw 2 and a lower bearing 6 installed on the bottom face of the frame 1. The driving shaft 8 of the roll 3a is connected with the output shaft of a motor 10 through a coupling 9. At the time of rotating a handle 15 at the top end of the screw 2, the upper bearing 5 is moved to adjust a pressing force to the rolls 3, 3a. When the motor 10 starts, the roll 3a rotates in the direction 20a, so that a wire rod 21 is delivered in a direction 22 without bearing a strong tension and the roll 3 also rotates in a direction 20 to roll the wire rod 21 into a prescribed thickness.
