PURPOSE:To improve the water resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, water repellency, and oil repellency by fluoridizing the surface portion of a semiconductor arranged with conductive carbon black in polyolefin resin. CONSTITUTION:At least the surface of a semiconductor is fluoridized in a cable using a semiconductive composition material arranged with conductive carbon black in polyolefin resin. The raw material (such as pellet) of polyolefin resin is fluoridized and extruded and coated directly on a conductor or on the outside of an insulator, or the surface of the semiconductor layer (for outside conductivity) mainly made of unfluoridized polyolefin resin is fluoridized. The performance excellent in water resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, water repellency, and oil repellency is thereby obtained, and the infiltration of moisture, oil, solvent, etc. from the outside can be prevented.
