PURPOSE:To improve the pressure of a pressurizing liquid and to improve the filtering capacity by squeezing the material to be filtered by acting a pressurizing liquid on the flexible pressing tool increasing the water tightness by arranging an annular seal ring at the peripheral edge. CONSTITUTION:The material 13 to be filtered is inputted between a filtering material 6 and pressing tool 4 and strongly held by holding panels 2, 5. A pressurizing liquid 14 is fed from a pressurizing liquid feeding and discharging port 3 to perform the squeezing by expanding the pressing tool 4. In this case, the water tightness of the flexible pressing tool 4 is held with a seal ring 8 receiving a force in the outer peripheral direction. With this composition, the filtering capacity can be improved.
