PURPOSE:To integrate a small part surely and strongly, by fusing a small part on a synthetic resin product to join thereon the small part, and heating and melting locally only a number of projections set on a joining face of a part to be joined holding the small part when joined. CONSTITUTION:Projections 52 of a face to be joined are brought into contact with a fixing position of a side visor main body 2 while a fixing metal member 3 is held on a holding part 51 of a joining body 5, and an ultrasound wave is added while these joining body 5 and the side visor main body 2 are held between sound poles and pressed. The projections 52 in local contact with the fixing face of the side visor main body are heated and melted by the vibration of the ultrasound wave and the joining body 5 is thereby integrally joined with the side visor main body 2 and the fixing metal member 3 is fixed on the side visor main body 2. It is thereby possible to make the synthetic resin product and the joining body surely and strongly in a body without any shape deforma tion and crack formation. |
