PURPOSE:To freely select the change of the wt. point of a receiving plate and to markedly enhance bedsore preventing effect, by providing a bidirectional shape memory metal allowing the leg of a movable body to reciprocally move in a guide cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A helical spring like bidirectional shape memory metal 9 is received in each guide cylinder 7 and the upper end thereof is engaged with the recessed part 6 of the leg 4 of a movable body 1 and the lower end thereof is fixed to the bottom of the guide cylinder 7. The movable body 1 is allowed to rise and fall by regulating the magnitude and current supply/stop timing of the current supplied to the memory metal 9 and the amplitude, wavelength, speed and the steepness degree of wave form of the approximate transversal wave drawn by the receiving plate of the movable body 1 are freely changed and the wt. point state of the receiving plate 2 is changed in the same way. By this change, the bedsore of the person, who lies down on the mat or sleeping mat 22 laid on the upper surface of the receiving plate 2 having a mushroom- shaped cross-section, is effectively prevented.
