<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a fluid cleaning sheet available for cleaning of various kinds of fluid, and capable of fixing adsorptive powder without losing the activity by using a sheet having thermal weldability. CONSTITUTION:For the upper and lower sides, employing sheets endowed with self-joining properties by blending thermally fusible fibers having the heat-joining properties in a porous sheet, the adsorptive powder is spread between two sheets, and the sheets of both sides are pressed by a hot roller leaving that state as it is, so that both sheets are bonded due to the self-joining function and the adsorptive powder is fixed therein. Hence, the active performance is activated in this stage, which includes the heat-treatment in order to fix the adsorptive powder; thus the adsorptive performance of the powder can be effectively utilized. The quantity of the adsorptive powder to be inserted between two sheets is increased or decreased depending on the polluted situation of the fluid to be cleaned.</p> |
