PURPOSE:To control a paper feed amount to make the inclination of a paper correctable, by a method wherein, two separately rotatable platen rollers are disposed in series in the wide direction of the paper, and the rotation of each of the platen rollers is varied according to the inclination of the paper detected by a detection part. CONSTITUTION:A paper 1 is guided by a paper guide 2 to fed out by two right and left platen rollers 3, 4. After the paper 1 is fed out, the difference of a frictional force, etc. against the paper 1 between the right and left parts of the paper guide 2 causes the paper 1 to incline in a direction A or B. If the paper inclines in the direction A, the end of the paper 1 presses a detection switch 5, which acts to drive a control part for driving a motor 7, not figured, so that the rotation of the motor 7 is made lower than that of a motor 8; thus, the paper 1 is corrected in the direction B. When the paper 1 is removed from the detection switch 5, the control part drives the motors 7, 8 similarly. In this manner, the inclination of the paper is corrected so that the paper can be fed properly. |
