发明名称 BIOSENSOR CHIP
摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve a higher accuracy with ease of handling, by arranging recesses communicating with grooves serving as a liquid sample passage formed on a planar body to hold a biosensor bodies in the recesses. CONSTITUTION:Biosensor holding areas 3 and a groove 4 serving as a passage for a liquid sample are formed on an Si substrate 1 on which an SiO2 film 2 is formed. Subsequently, internal surfaces of the areas 3 and the groove 4 are covered with an SiO2 film. Then, after the formation of an electrode/wire 6 for biosensors, biosensor bodies 7 are immobilized in the biosensor holding areas 3. Then, the substrate 1 is covered with a glass plate 9 which has an opening 8 for an electrode lead 10 in an electrode pad area and fixed with an epoxy-based adhesive material. Finally, an electrode lead is provided piercing the opening 8. This simplifies handling while enabling the supply of a liquid sample of the same conditions to a plurality of biosensors, thereby achieving a higher accuracy.
