PURPOSE:To automatically attain relay mail communication by relating and transferring only a mail command mark sheet and a mail box text or only the mail command mark sheet when mail box command information is addressed to a mail box managed by a mail equipment of other station. CONSTITUTION:A mark sheet recognition section 9 divides the mail box command information into mail box number information and other mail box control information other than the mail box number information including a sender terminal number to confirm whether the information is mail box command information to a mail box managed by a mail equipment M1 of its own station or mail command information to a mail box managed by a mail equipment M2 of other station. When the main command information is not addressed to its own station, mail box text information and mail command information of a mark sheet for mail box command are relayed and transferred toward the mail device of the next group.
