PURPOSE:To observe a fast repetitive motion as a slow motion, by setting a time increased by a prescribed time at every detection of the passage of a motion body through a reference point as a novel time up time, and driving a light emitting device at a timed up time. CONSTITUTION:When the passage of the motion body(cam)1 which performs the repetitive motion through the reference point set in advance is detected by a detecting means 4, the time up time is clocked by a clock means 18 responding to the detecting means 4, and at the time up time, the light emitting device 8 is driven by a driving means 13, and also, the video of the motion body 1 is fetched by a video fetching device based on the above light emission. Also, at every detection of the passage of the motion body 1 through a motion reference point, the time up time is set after being increased by the time set in advance than the previous time up time on the clock means 18 by a time up time setting means 13. In such a way, it is possible to observe the fast repetitive motion of respective object, etc., as the slow motion setting the motion reference point as reference.
