For each room (spatial) unit a plurality of air conditioning elements (4) are present, each containing channels (6) arranged next to one another for a heat transfer medium. The air conditioning elements (4) are each connected, via their own flow line (8) and a return line (10), to a distributor (14) and collector (16). The distributor (14) and the collector (16) are connected to a regulating device (18). This makes it possible to obtain a more uniform heat distribution in a room unit and to improve the regulatability of the heat in a room unit.
