PURPOSE:To reduce the load of monitoring operation by making a monitor display by a display command means provided to a center monitoring device part. CONSTITUTION:If one monitoring device part STj among monitoring device ST1-STN becomes abnormal, an encoding output EN1 corresponding to the number of its decision output DTj is supplied to a latch circuit 15 through a selecting circuit 12, a latch signal generating circuit 13 generates a latch output, S1, and the latch circuit 15 selects a select output SEL with a latch command signal S2 from an OR circuit 14. Thus, the video signal VDj of a monitoring point where the abnormality occurs is displayed automatically on a monitor 18 through a video signal switching circuit 16. In addition, a center monitoring device CWA display corresponding video signals VD1-VDN on a monitor 18 automatically when display command means DIS1-DISN are operated.
