发明名称 PROPELLANT CHARGING METHOD FOR END SURFACE COMBUSTION TYPE ROCKET MOTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable easy and economical increase of the size and performance of a rocket motor with high economical efficiency, by a method wherein an insulator is partially adhered to the inner surface of the chamber cell of a motor case, material slurry of a propellant is charged in the insulator for curing. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy primer is coated on an adhesion surface 13b of an insulator 13 and the inner surface of a chamber cell 12 to bond together the two surfaces as they are adhered to each other. After a rubber series primer is coated on the inner surface of the insulator 13, material slurry S of a propellant charged by a normal method. A combustion surface 16a at a rear end and a front end surface 16b are cutting-finished to form grain 16, and an end surface insulator 17 is adhered to the front end surface 16b to form a sample body 11. This method enables relief of the generation of a thermal stress and prevention of the occurrence of a noxious damage.
