PURPOSE:To improve the withstand voltage characteristic and enhance the reliability by forming the insulative resin layer of a capacitor part of a high voltage input terminal and cylindrical insulating flanges, which are provided protruding at the two ends of this resin layer as surrounding the center conductor, in such a way as located on a single line continuously. CONSTITUTION:The electrode form of a high voltage input terminal 30 and the form of insulative resin part shall be such that the flow of resin at the time of molding will be smooth. That is, insulative resin layers 34, 34a, 34b of the capacitor part C formed between an outer cylindrical grounding potential electrode 33 and an inner cylindrical high potential electrode 32, which are mating together in close distance coaxially, and cylindrical insulative flanges 37, 38 installed protruding at the two ends of these resin layers in such a way as surrounding the center conductor 31 fix the high voltage input terminal 30 formed substantially on a single straight line continuously to the wall of a shield box. Thereby the insulative resins 34a, 34b will be in one-way fundamental flow in terms of vector at the time of molding, to provide a high voltage input terminal 30 with no voids generated.
