PURPOSE:To utilize a radio channel efficiently by providing a reply receiving period over plural periods in a communication time band assigned for each group of a mobile station, and allowing the mobile station to make transmission while using a time slot selected at random. CONSTITUTION:Each mobile station shown in figure has a delay device 6 setting a delay time proportional to a random number from a random number generator 5 and has a function sending information in a time slot corresponding to the delay time. The group of mobile stations is communicated with the base station in the communication time. At first, a simultaneous reply command code from the base station is sent. N-set of reply reception periods (slots) are provided in the communication time, each mobile station uses a generator 5 to select any of the N-set of slots and sends information therethrough. The base station sends an answer code to mobile stations to be recognized without duplication. The communication with all mobile stations is finished by repeating the procedure several times. Thus, the efficient utilization of the radio channel is attained. |
