PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of an electronic circuit due to output charge from a piezoelectric vibrator by connecting a varistor in parallel with the piezoelectric vibrator. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 2, 3 are formed on both surface of a piezoelectric porcelain plate 1, the electrode 3 is extended to the formed surface of the electrode 2, a varistor film 4 formed on the formed surface is interposed to connect the piezoelectric vibrator electrically in parallel with the varistor. Assuming that the varistor voltage is represented by V0, the drive voltage of the vibrator by V1, and the breakdown voltage of the electronic circuit by V2, when the varistor voltage V0 is set to become V2>V0>V1, the output charge from the vibrator is absorbed to the film 4 even if external vibration is applied in the state that only the drive voltage V1 is applied. Thus, the electronic circuit is not broken. |
