PURPOSE:To fix amorphous magnetic alloy strongly and to improve durability to temperature, humidity, etc., by charging an amorphous magnetic alloy layer in a solder layer between a plating layer and metallic foil. CONSTITUTION:The plating layer 2 of copper is formed on the surface of a rotary shaft 1 made of Fe and Fe-based amorphous magnetic alloy 3 is soldered thereupon at two positions on the shaft 1 with Pb-Sn solder 5. Plural thin holes are formed in the amorphous magnetic alloy 3 at 45 deg. and -45 deg. to the thrust direction of each shaft 1. When the soldering is carried out, the thin holes are filled with the solder and the plating layer 2 and metallic foil 4 are coupled by soldering. Then if the surface of the rotary shaft 1 is strained with torque, the amorphous magnetic alloy 3 varies magnetic permeability and the inductance of a coil 7 varies.
