PURPOSE:To simplify the fitting work of the device in the caption by engaging external threads which are formed at the tip of moving blades with internal threads which are formed on the inside wall of a cylindrical ring in order to fit the cylindrical ring on the blades. CONSTITUTION:Crests 5 of the external thread of a multiple-start thread are formed at the tips of moving blades 3. Grooves 9 of the internal thread which engaged with the external thread are formed on the inside wall 8 of a cylindrical ring 7. The cylindrical ring 7 is rotated toward the direction 10 and the cylindrical ring 7 is connected with the moving blades 3 by engaging the crests 5 with the grooves 9. Due to this measure, the fitting work can be performed simply.
