PURPOSE:To reduce the monitoring works of an operator, by keeping respective generator output plannings computed, with an optimizing means, and by controlling system frequency when generators are actually operated. CONSTITUTION:At a power command center, a load for one day is estimated, and output planning at respective local controlling places are computed by using an optimizing means. At the local controlling places, output plannings are received and the output plannings of the respective generators at power stations within the controlling areas are computed by using the optimizing means. After that, the input of present system frequency and command system frequency is provided, and if they coincide with each other, a planned value is set to be a control value. If they do not coincide with each other, the correction controlled variable of the load is determined according to its deviation and is distributed and added to the planned values of the respective generators, to be controlled. |
